Michael Hughes is the President and founder of Track Star International, Inc. Track Star produces a complete array of GPS enabled fleet management solutions that are widely used in Utility, Municipal and First Responder fleets around the US. Now entering its 21st year, Track Star has included 'man-down' and 'code blue' capabilities in its products from the earliest systems that it has produced. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Michael has led the development efforts of the company since it was founded and continues to lead a talented and diverse team in GPS, communications and software development technology implementations.
